MS-ISVIR was created with a simple but important vision — to spread knowledge, strengthen the Interventional Radiology community, and bring together IRs from across Maharashtra.
More than a scientific meeting, MS-ISVIR aims to create a platform where young interventional radiologists, trainees, established practitioners and our senior teachers can meet, learn from each other and build lasting professional bonds.
True to this year's theme, “Interventional Radiology & Beyond,” the conference goes beyond routine procedural discussions. The scientific programme brings together the fundamentals as well as advances in IR, with sessions ranging from vascular access and complex peripheral interventions to advanced stent-grafts, TACE and thrombolysis. Importantly, it also addresses aspects of practice that are rarely taught in conventional conferences — including financial wisdom and building a responsible digital presence.
At its heart, MS-ISVIR is also about community and gratitude — bringing Maharashtra's IR fraternity closer, encouraging interaction between generations, and felicitating our senior teachers whose guidance has helped shape Interventional Radiology in the state.
And what better setting for this exchange than the beautiful surroundings of Lonavala — away from the routine of hospitals and procedure rooms, giving us the opportunity to learn together, interact freely, reconnect with colleagues and strengthen friendships. The Annual Meeting will be held on 26–27 September 2026 at Fariyas Resort, Lonavala.
